With community at the heart of what we do, we figure it only makes sense to use our space to serve the community as an events hub.

Located at 137-141 Bridge Rd, Glebe – only 10 minutes’ drive from the CBD and 3 mins walk from the Glebe Light Rail – our central location makes Seed a convenient touchstone regardless of where you or your guests are coming from.
With spaces catering from one to 80 people, we’re certain we’ll have a solution thats right for you.

The Spaces

Our beautiful spaces are bright, welcoming, and spacious —whether you’re hosting a meeting, running a fashion show, or celebrating a book launch, we’ve got the space for you!

The Little Room at the Front
Up to 4 people. Great for meetings, podcasting, Zoom conferencing.

Non-members: $50/hour
Members: $40/hour
The Little Room at the Back
Up to 4 people. Just like the Front one, but at the Back.

Non-members: $50/hour
Members: $40/hour
The Big Room
Up to 12 people. A boardroom / workshop space - great for meetings, podcasting, Zoom conferencing.

Non-members: $150/hour
Members: $120/hour
The Main Space
Up to 100 people. Comedy nights, runway shows, yoga events– the choice is all yours.

Come on your own, or with your team and use Seed as your place of business. We understand how important flexibility is these days, so our Hot Desk Packages are designed to grow as you go and can be used solo or divided with your team*.

*Teams must also have a Company membership, starting at $191 for up to 5 team members.
