In our life, we face a lot of bridges. Challenges, beliefs and barriers that we either confront or avoid entirely. At times, crossing that bridge can be incredibly daunting and intimidating. Often, we don’t know where to step or even what waits for us on the other side.

Having that difficult conversation? Saying “yes” to that opportunity? Investing in your personal development? Speaking in front of your team? These are all types of “bridges” – and uncomfortable ones.
Comfort is easy, but you don’t grow there. In this keynote, Annelise shares vulnerably her experience with crossing bridges, illuminating steps on how to set growth goals, push through discomfort and build your confidence to reach your truest potential.

Comm ASCA) is a Women’s Speaking Coach who empowers women to master the skills of communication and public speaking. Also known for her daily instagram boogies, Annelise’s mission is to make speaking fun, empowering and SEXY for women globally.
With over 14 years of public speaking experience, Annelise dedicated 5 years of her professional career to teaching school students the skills and techniques involved in mastering public speaking. She represented Australia in the World Championships of Public Speaking in Pittsburgh USA, has presented on state, national and international stages and was recently listed as one of the ‘Top Public Speaking Coaches to Follow in 2022’ by Yahoo Finance.
